Finger on a first aid heart

Emergency first aid at work course

We are delighted to announce that both Tia and Lisa have attended and passed their British Red Cross emergency first aid at work course.

Tia and Lisa have the ability and confidence to use first aid skills in a real-life situation, after being assessed using a range of practical demonstrations. They took part in question-and-answer sessions, quizzes and roleplay, designed to coach and support them over the six-hour course, with continuous observation and questioning.

Why have they done the emergency first aid course?

Having staff at Parkhill Dental who have passed their emergency first aid at work course means they both have the skills and confidence to respond to a range of first aid emergencies and accidents, caring for our patients and fellow staff members. It also meets the requirements specified by the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
